Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The directors, current employees, shareholders, auditors and advertising agencies of the Wecke & Voigts Group and their immediatefamily shall not be eligible to participate in this competition.

  2. The competition is open to all customers of the Wecke & Voigts Group – Wecke & Voigts Retail, Wecke & Voigts Wholesale, Maerua and Grove SUPERSPAR and TOPS, Westlane and Hochland SPAR and TOPS .

  3. The competition is open to all Namibian citizens, permanent residency holders and their spouses.

  4. The competition will run from Monday 25 September 2017 to 25 Februarys 2018. The first weekly winners will be drawn on 1 October 2017. 

  5. Entrants need to make a minimum purchase of N$300 or more to be eligible to enter competition.

  6. Entries are unlimited.

  7. Entries shall be made by depositing a valid receipt in the competition entry box, with the entrants name, contact number and email address written on the receipt that will be added to the wecke & voigts group database.

  8. Each winner will receive 6 x N$500 Wecke & Voigts vouchers totalling N$3 000. Each N$500 voucher can only be redeemed at the Wecke & Voigts Group store/division specified on the individual voucher. Three voucher packs worth N$3 000 will be given away weekly.

  9. Vouchers will be valid for a period of 3 months from date of draw.

  10. Weekly winners will be entered into the main draw. The main prize is a Volkswagen Jetta Comfortline worth N$380 000. The main draw will take place in March 2018.

  11. Entry boxes will be cleared weekly after each draw.

  12. The Wecke & Voigts Group’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

  13. entries agree and authorise the Wecke & Voigts Group – for the purposes of this Competition – to be identified, and their names, images or photographs published in the media. This can include print, television, press and the internet. Failure to agree will result in such participant forfeiting the Prize to the next alternate winner. 

  14. Should the winner be a minor or under the custody of his or her parent(s) or guardian, then the minor shall provide full particulars and proof of identification of said parent(s) or guardian to whom the Prize will be delivered. Such particulars and proof shall state, inter alia, the nature of the relationship between the winner and the parent(s) or guardian concerned. Such prize shall be registered in the name of the parent or legal guardian. 

  15. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and will be presented to winners in Windhoek.

  16. Once the winners have taken possession of their prizes, all risk and responsibility inherent in the prizes passes on to the winners, and the Wecke & Voigts Group will in no way take any responsibility or assume any liability for, or in connection with, the prizes, or the use thereof. 

  17. The finalists must be present or officially represented at the final draw to be eligible to win the grand prize.

  18. The Wecke & Voigts Group reserves the right to review and change the competition rules and format, or cancel it altogether. 

  19. The Wecke & Voigts Group reserves the right to disqualify any customer from participation in this competition in light of any malpractice or manipulation thatthe Wecke & Voigts Group believes has taken place. 

  20. By participating in this competition, the participants are bound by and subject to all the Terms and Conditions of this Competition.
